Training in the psychological assessment of pilots and the implementation of a support programme for air operations personnel
Training designed to meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/1042 of 23 July 2018. This regulation requires commercial air transport (CAT) operators to integrate psychological assessments into their recruitment processes and to implement psychological support programmes for their flight personnel.
