Group tests - Non-technical skills (NTS)

Group tests are organised in groups of 5 candidates minimum and maximum, guaranteeing :

• a realistic dynamic,
• close observation of each participant,
• high-quality one-to-one feedback.

Format

• 3 hours of group tests
• 1 hour group debriefing

Individual interview - In-depth analysis of the candidate

(depending on the package chosen)

The individual interview enables a detailed assessment of :

• Your emotional stability and stress management
• Your posture, your speech and your capacity for introspection

Duration: 1h30 per candidate
Each interview is followed by a personalised debriefing, with concrete, actionable recommendations.
