Group tests - Non-technical skills (NTS)
Group tests are organised in groups of 5 candidates minimum and maximum, guaranteeing :
- a realistic dynamic,
- close observation of each participant,
- high-quality one-to-one feedback.

- 3 hours of group tests
- 1 hour group debriefing

Individual interview - In-depth analysis of the candidate

The individual interview enables a detailed assessment of :

- Your posture, your speech and your capacity for introspection
Duration: 1h30 per candidate
Each interview is followed by a personalised debriefing, with concrete, actionable recommendations.
